Ligue 1 champions Paris-Saint Germain are set to take appropriate action against Brazilian star Neymar Da Silva Santos after missing pre-season training.
ON Monday PSG had summoned Neymar for the resumption of training for the French club.
“This Monday, July 8, Neymar da Silva Santos Junior was summoned for the resumption of activities of the professional group of Paris Saint-Germain.” Said PSG
The Brazilian, however, did not show up at the agreed time and place without being authorized by the club.
“Paris Saint-Germain found that the player Neymar Jr did not show up at the agreed time and place, without having been authorized by the Club in advance.” Said PSG
It is due to the actions of a 27-year old that the club has resolved to take appropriate measures.
“Paris Saint-Germain deplores this situation and will take the appropriate measures resulting from it.”
Neymar moved to PSG from Barcelona at a record fee of 200m Pounds in 2017. Even though he has won Ligue 1 for the last two seasons, he has never settled with the club.
His latest actions are a sign of him forcing his current club to sell him back to Barcelona.
Disciplinary actions against Neymar
In May Neymar received a three-match ban after hitting a fan during their French Cup final defeat to Rennes.
In addition to that, he has also been suspended for the opening three group games of the Champions League after insulting match official during PSG 3-1 home loss to Manchester United.
Last month he suffered an ankle injury sidelining him for the Copa America which Brazil ended up lifting the trophy following a 3-1 win over Peru on Sunday.

His private life is also unsettled with the 27-year-old facing raping allegation, something which he denied.
Currently, a case against him is at a Spanish court where Barcelona claims to owe him 75 million pounds for breach of contract.
Neymar on the other side claims to owe Barcelona 28.6 million Pounds for unpaid signing-on bonuses.
