” As the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues, we stand united with fellow Kenyans and remain committed to play our part in minimizing the risk of infection.”

They continue by announcing some of the measures they have undertaken to ensure safety among the customer including the use of alcohol-based sanitizers across all branches.

It is due to the above that they have waived transaction fees on payments from Mpesa/Airtel to bank accounts and from Mpesa to Timiza.

In addition to that, they have promised a guaranteed cash back of 0.3% on all payments done via debit cards and free ATM cash deposits of up to Ksh 100,000.

Finally they promise to closely monitor the situation as they continue collaborating with the government and other partners to contain the pandemic.
