Activist and Buyer Beware Facebook group admin Mildred Atieno popularly known as Atty has been freed on bond.
The news follws her dramatic arrest on Saturday morning which she shared online.
About 10 police officers surrounded her home lobbying teargas in the air demanding her to open the door.

They managed to jump into the building, killing two of her dogs before reaching for her door.
Efforts by Mildred Atieno to be allowed time to dress fell on deaf ears as they escorted her and her husband Joram Odhiambo to Industrial Police Station.
She was charged with incitement of violence following a viral video of her demanding a police officer to get out of her vehicle.
A statement by the police sorted to know what would have happened to the police if the crowd outside her vehicle would have lynched him.
It was her arrest that angered many including fellow activists Kenyans at large.
“Kenya Police behave like criminals when going after active citizens. Anyone who dares challenge their criminality is targeted with brutal force, batons, teargas and bullets.
They have teargassed Mildred Atty’s house, shot her dog dead, insulted, assaulted and then arrested her” Said Boniface Mwangi
