Actor Alec Baldwin has been arrested on Friday and charged with assault and harassment over an alleged dispute over a parking lot.

Alec is said to have sustained an injury on the left jaw but he received medical attention in a local hospital and he is in a good condition.

After the incident Baldwin is said to have been given a desk appearance and charged with assault and harassment.

There has been no comment so far in regard to the incident even though a foundation under the actor has tweeted denying the allegation.

In the tweet, it says that he would not comment on something as egregiously and misstated as today’s story.

The tweet went on to say that allegation of Alec punching someone on the parking spot are false claiming that it has become a habit of tagging people on negative charges and defaming allegations.

Baldwin currently host a Sunday show on ABC and is well known for portraying President Donald Trump.

President Donald Trump was asked about the Baldwin story and in response he said that he wishes him luck.

Alec is set to appear in court on a unknown date.
