Kenya Highway Authourity (KeNHA) has been ordered by a court to pay city Lawyer Ahmednassir Ksh 750,311 in damages on his Bentley.
In court documents revealed by the Lawyer himself, his Bentley is reported to have been damaged due to the stones from the constructions undergoing along the Nairobi-Namanga highway.

The payment will carter for repairing the windscreen affected by the stones and labour cost to restore the car to its original state.
According to Ahmednassir, KeNHA should have exercised caution in addition to puting an end to possible road accidents along the highway.
“The court today RIGHTLY held that Public authorities like the Kenya National Highways Authority have a DUTY OF CARE to road users when they do a shoddy jobs. KENHA was compelled to pay the cost of my car’s windscreen valued at Ksh.750,311.” Said Lawyer Ahmednassir.
Reacting to the news, Kenyans noted how the amount is able to pay another vehicle valued at the same amount.
“Yaani one of your car’s windscreen can buy me a probox? Where are your cars parked?” Said Mohamed Wehliye.
