Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa has on Sunday emerged and surrendered herself to Port Police where she recorded a statement.
Jumwa who was to be arrested following an arrest order by the DPP went into hiding as police looked everywhere for the Legislator.
Speaking on Sunday, she denied rumors that she had been arrested confirming that she was heading to Port Police Station.

At the station she recorded a statement and left unlike her co-accused who were detained pending court hearing.
Aisha Jumwa is accused of defrauding the county Ksh 57 million through proxies who would then channel some of the cash back to her.
The companies involved in the alleged graft case include Multserve Contractors Limited, Kaseru Construction Limited, Kaseru Construction Limited and Gadu Stores Ltd.
Her co-accused Wachu Omar Abdalla, Kennedy Otieno Onyango, Bernard Riba Kai, Sophia Saidi Charo, Margaret Faith Kalume and Robert Katana Wanje have already been arrested and released on Ksh 5 million cash bail each after pleading not guilty.
