President Donald Trump has nominated Judge Amy Coney Barrett for the Supreme Court position.
Amy Coney Barrett is expected to replace the late Judge Ruth Bider Ginsburg who passed away a week ago from pancreatic cancer.
At the moment his name has been forwarded to the Senate who will debate in a what is expected to be a tough fight between the Democrats and Republicans.

Democrat Presidential candidate Joe Biden has already attacked his rival calling for the debate to discussed after the November election.
He called on respect of the constitution that should first allow Amricans exercise their voting rights first.
In his speech, President Donald Trump praised Judge Barret terming her as a loyal scholar for the constitution.
Senator Kristen Gillibrand termed Trump’s nominee as a product of corruption and will not fit to serve the people of America.
“Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to the Supreme Court is the product of a corrupt, illegitimate process that undermines the will of the American people. Alongside her dangerous, ultra-conservative record, she’s not fit to serve on the Supreme Court.” Said Senator Kristen Gillibrand.
