Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation, DCI has on Monday arrested a fraud suspect in connection to the Arror Kimwarer dam scandal at JKIA.
Jackson Njau Kinyanjui was stopped by immigration detectives as he entered the country from USA.
He was then handed over to the detectives before he claimed to have been cleared at Milimani Law Courts to travel.

“Jackson Njau Kinyanjui a wanted fraud suspect was last night arrested upon his arrival from USA, at the JKIA following orders issued by DCI HQRs on 22nd July 2019.
The SUSPECT, wanted for the offence of FRAUD regarding the Arror/Kimwarer dams Scandal, was stopped by immigration officers before being handed over to DCI Kenya Detectives.
Upon interrogation he alleged that he had been cleared to travel on securing his passport from Milimani Law Courts after previous arrest. “
The fraud suspect will remain in police custody as investigation continue.
