Police officers have on Friday arrested another suspect in the Arror-Kimwarer dam scandal Mr. David Kimospo at the JKIA.
David Kimosop who is the former director of the Kerio Valley Development Authority (KVDA) was arrested at the airport as he came from DR Congo.
Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) whisked away the former director of KVDA after completing security clearance.
Mr. David will be charged alongside 27 others who are under trial for the loss of over 19 billion shillings in a project that never took off.
Among the suspects are Treasury CS Henry Rotich and PS Kamau Thugge who were later released on Ksh 50 million bond or Ksh 15 million cash bail.
All eyes were on President Uhuru Kenyatta on the course of action to take against CS Rotich following his pledge to fight corruption.
In a series of changes, President Uhuru Kenyatta appointed Labour CS Ukur Yatani as the acting Treasury CS and Dr. Julias Muia in place of PS Kamau Thugge.
CS Yatani came into power in January last year when he was appointed by the President. Before that, served as the Governor of Marsabit for four years.

Arror-Kimwarer dam scandal suspects will be charged with issuance of tender contrary to procurement laws and abuse of office among other charges.
