COTU Secretary-General Francis Atwoli has explained why he does not support ANC Party leader Musalia Mudavadi’s presidential bid.
Speaking from Mombasa, Atwoli revealed that Musalia Mudavadi’s economic plan for the country will hurt many Kenyans and most importantly business people.
He continued by taking note of the former Finance Minister during former President Daniel Arap Moi’s tenure claiming that his economic model will hurt employees and stop money circulation in the country.

According to Atwoli, Mudavadi’s tactics are slow and that his strategy will cause unemployment at the expense of the economy to grow.
Atwoli applauded Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka for his vision in the country’s politics claiming that he is the only OKA member who finds himself at the right side each and every election period.
He continued by claiming that two leaders from Luhya community Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi will be left alone if they are not careful in reading the political game.
Francis Atwoli is a strong supporter of ODM Party leader Raila Odinga despite coming from the Luhya community with two candidates both vying for the top seat come 2022.
In his previous statements, Atwoli has predicated a Raila Odinga’s presidency claiming that Ruto will hurt Kenyans if elected and that the cards are already in and its decided by the rich in the country.
