Tanzania music regulators have banned singer Rosa Ree for six months following his controversial hit Vitamin U featuring boyfriend Timmy Tdat.

Making the announcement, Basata of Tanzania said that they have banned Rosa Ree for six months for going against the laws of the country.

Before the decision was arrived at, she was called in for a hearing session with body to hear her part of the story before a verdict was deliberated.

Upon the hearing, it was established that she had not released a raunchy video but she has also gone against two regulations.

The regulations include failure to submit the video for verification before release and not entering into a contract with the featured singer.

The ban means that Rosa will be unable to perform within and outside the country for the said period. It is a sad affair for the singer as his boyfriend from Kenya walks free.

Immediately after releasing the video, the two artists received huge backlash as they exposed almost everything before it was pulled down from YouTube.
