Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich has fined Corentin Tolisso after the midfielder flouted COVID-19 guidelines to get a tatoo.
In a statement issued by Bayern Munich, Corentin Tolisso violated the laid down guidelines on COVID-19 thus he will be fined and was also left out of the club’s line up for the weekend against Hoffeinham.
The French midfielder landed in trouble after pictures of him getting a tattoo surface online. In the pictures, both Toliso and the tatoo artist had no mask on and the business was open despite strict COVID-19 regulations in the city.

Hasan Salihamidžić the sporting director at the club revealed that the fine imposed on Toliso will be one to make an example to other players at Bayern Munich.
The midfielder took to social media to extend his apology over the incident noting that he had indeed disappointed both the fans and club in general.
“I hereby want to apologize for my misconduct. I am sorry to have disobeyed the regulations of my club and the DFL. I know that I have disappointed our Fans and FC Bayern Munich. I am sorry!” Said Toliso.
