The much-awaited BBI report has also addressed a solution for the government to fight corruption in the country.
In some of the recommendations suggested include a 5% reward to whistleblowers in cases of corruption.
The suggestion is meant to end the secrecy and establish transparency in the government.

In addition to that, public Servants will be barred from transacting with the government.
It was not the case before as several leaders registered businesses under their name or close family members to divert public money.
Recent cases include that of Governor Ferdinand Waititu and Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa.
Both leaders are still under investigation as Kiambu residents cry foul play from their Governor.
