Bobi Wine house has been surrounded by armed police following his recent remarks refusing to cancel a concert he is scheduled to perform.
Police erected barriers around Bobi Wine house as they kept vigilant nearby at Kampala, Uganda.
The musician turned politician shared the images saying his home and private property have been surrounded in an attempt to keep him under house arrest.

“Since 11:00 pm, police & military surrounded my home & my private property, One Love Beach Busabala, in yet another move to place me under house arrest & block our Independence Day music concert. 156th concert so far! For singing truth to power, I can’t perform in my own country.”
He continued by accusing President Museveni of trying to silence him referring to him as a microphone critic.
The ball of contention is that Bobi Wine’s concert runs parallel with the country’s Independence Day celebrations.
“Gen. Museveni, so afraid of a critical microphone is doing everything to silence it.
