Chadwick Boseman, Black Panther star dies aged 43

Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman has died from colon cancer at the age of 43-years.

The sad news was shared with his family who expressed their deepest grief in the passing of the iconic actor.

They continued by saying that Chadwick was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2016 which he battled for the last 4-years before it progressed to stage 4.

” A true fighter Chadwick persevered through it all, and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much. From Marshall to DA 5 Bloods, August Wilson’s Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, and several more which were filmed during and between several surgeries and chemotherapy.” Said his family.

At the time of his death, he was in the company of his wife and family by his side.

Democrat Presidential candidate Joe Biden mourned the star describing him as a man who inspired generation.

“The true power of Chadwick Boseman was bigger than anything we saw on screen. From the Black Panther to Jackie Robinson, he inspired generations and showed them they can be anything they want — even super heroes. Jill and I are praying for his loved ones at this difficult time.” Sad Joe Biden.

Kamala Harris has mourned the star describing him as a friend who was kind and humble.

“Heartbroken. My friend and fellow Bison Chadwick Boseman was brilliant, kind, learned, and humble. He left too early but his life made a difference. Sending my sincere condolences to his family.” Said Kamala Harris.
