A defensive blunder saw Frank Lampard’s side win back the ball before their new signing Ben Chilwell converted with a thunder strike.
Zouma who had narrowly missed a second goal for the Blue was on target converting a Chilwell’s assist with an inch perfect header impossible to defend.
Tammy Abraham who was close to making it three saw his effort end unceremoniously and was awarded a penalty by Michael Oliver.
Jorginho calmly converted it before doubling his core four minutes later from the same position.
Abraham looked frustrated leading to the fourth goal when his attempt to take the penalty was denied by Cesar Azpilicueta who was the captain of the day.
The win leaves Frank Lampard with seven points after three wins and one draw against West Ham. It was also their first win after two games played.
