The Hiigh Court has on Friday ordered the quarantine of 239 passengers who arrived in the country via China Southern Airlines.
Judge James Makau ordered the visitors to be quarantined at a KDF facility as they are examined.
They will only be allowed out of the facility once they are cleared and the cased determined by the High Court.
The news comes at a time when two doctors moved to court to block the entrance of passengers from hard-hit areas.

Dr. Thiakunu Cyprian and Dr. Joseph Mithika objected to the entrance of visitors into the country through any means of transport.
In their defense, they said that it posed a health risk and that the country was not prepared to handle it.
At the same time, one person has introduced an online petition seeking to stop the entrance of direct flights from China into the country.
This follows a public outcry over the health risk posed by the number of Chinese nationals arriving in the country.
