A court has on Wednesday postponed the ruling of five suspects of the Garissa university attack.
The attack which claimed the lives of 148 people has seen Judge Francis Andayi postpone it to January 29th.
The five suspects have so far denied the charges leveled against them even though the prosecution team says otherwise.
The prosecution team believes they have evidence that the five conspired to commit the attack that took the lives of 148 students.

So far 156 charges have been leveled against them and the charges include committing a terror attack that took away the lives of 148 students, conspired to commit a terrorist act and being members of a terror group.
One of the suspects namely Charles Mberesero has also been accused of being in the country illegally.
