Kenya Ports Authority Managing Director Daniel Manduku has tendered his resignation.
Daniel Manduku drafted his letter to Transport CS James Macharia noting down his reasons.
He noted that the decision was reached after deep thoughts and consultation.

Manduku continued by saying it is due to the above reasons that he has with immediate effect undertaken a terminal leave pending his official resignation come June 1st, 2020.
The troubled MD found himself on the wrong side of the law when he gazetted the Nairobi inland cargo Terminal as part of KPA.
He was recently under investigation in a 2.5 billion tender row which is still in the hands of the DPP.
His arrest was shortlived as DCI and DPP contradicted their statements even before hearing began.
