Daniel Arap Moi, the former president has been re-admitted at the Nairobi Hospital days after he was discharged.
Speaking of the admission, press secretary Lee Njiru confirmed the news saying that he is undergoing a routine check-up.
Njiru further added that there should be no reason to panic as the former president is very alert and that the hospital has been made in a homely manner.
President Daniel Arap Moi was admitted on Sunday and he is receiving treatment under the care of personal doctor Silverstein.

On Thursday the former president was discharged after spending two weeks of treatment and observation at the facility.
Kenyans were worried about the progress of the former president as Press Secretary Lee Njiru confirming he was well.
A close family source who spoke to Nation revealed that the former president is suffering from what he termed as old age.
