Jubilee party Vice Chairman David Murathe has resigned from his current position.

David Murathe’s resignations comes after raising political temperatures calling for the stoppage of Deputy President William Ruto’s 2022 presidential bid.

Terming his sentiments as personal, David Murathe called for clarity that his fight against Deputy President William Ruto has nothing to do with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

On Wednesday, David Murathe said that Mount Kenya has in no way any agreement to support William Ruto dismissing the Deputy President’s 2022 presidential bid.

Even after announcing his resignation, the Jubilee politician has vowed to pursue his tough block against the Deputy President.
