Nigerian singer Davido on Monday congratulated the fifth President of Kenya William Samoei Ruto following the Supreme Court ruling.
Taking on social media, Davido not only congratulated Ruto but Kenyans at large and the triumph of democracy.
“Congratulations to Dr. William Samoei Ruto, on being declared 5th President of the Republic of Kenya. also Congratulations to the people of Kenya! DEMOCRACY WINS AGAIN.” Said Davido

The news comes at a time when celebrations broke at Karen as those allied to the President rejoiced and joined him in prayers following the verdict.
President Ruto’s wife congratulated him and he wished his wisdom as he begins his journey to lead Kenya into greatness.
