DCI arrest man caught on tape slaughtering another man

Detectivesfrom the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) have arrested a man caughton tape savagely cutting another man for allegedly stealing a chicken.

Mr. Francis Muse Liseche alias Moi was arrested by DCI detectives alongside three others including the owner of the alleged chicken.

“Mr. Francis Muse LISECHE alias Moi alias President who was captured on a viral video savagely cutting a man on allegations of stealing a CHICKEN has been arrested by #DCI Detectives from the HQs.Three other suspects also arrested including the owner of the alleged stolen chicken.” Said DCI

The three arrested alongside Moi are namely 34-year-old Evans Lichoti Ashihundu, 43-year-old Agapitus Ingosi Ang’uswa and 48-year-old Reuben Smith Shitambasi.

Members of the public have been called upon not to take the law into their own hands.

“The incident took place at #Shinyalu in Kakamega & the victim died from the brutal cutting. We urge members of the public NOT to take the law into their own hands. The FOUR suspects will be arraigned on Monday to face Murder charges. Further enquiries on the matter still ongoing.” Said DCI

The victim is reported to have died from the brutal cutting and the suspects are set to be arraigned in court on Monday.
