Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations have on Monday stormed into the office DP William Ruto at Harambee Annex.
The detectives are there to unearth the Ksh 39B fake tender deal that was allegedly signed at his office.
A source close to Citizen TV reported that the detectives will question the staff at the building including security guards.

All staff and security personnel present during the alleged meetings are the key source of information that may unearth vital information.
It is understood that they will seek to know if they had an appointment and who cleared them to enter the building.
The news follows a public outcry by Kenyans including politicians calling for the Deputy President to step aside for investigation.
Taking on Twitter on Sunday, DP William Ruto sort to get answers as to which other departments the investors might have interacted with.
Initially, he had blamed his political rivals for planing the scandal.
Currently, the main suspect in the scandal Rashid Echesa has been arraigned in court to answer to charges of obtaining money by false pretense.
