DCI searching for two men forcing a child to smoke bhang

The Directorateof Criminal Investigations (DCI) is looking for two men captured on tapeforcing a child to smoke bhang.

In thevideo shared by the DCI themselves, one of the men is on the bed and the otherone is seated with the child next to his lap.

One of themen is puff the bhang and blows the smoke on the child’s face as they instructhim to smoke the bhang.

The DCi tweeted the video on Wednesday worried about the child.

“We’d liketo speak to them in connection to this video that was brought to our attention-we’reextremely worried about the child.” Said the DCI.

Members of the public have been called to provide any information that may help recognize the two men.
