The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) is looking for two men captured on tape forcing a child to smoke bhang.
In the video shared by the DCI themselves, one of the men is on the bed and the other one is seated with the child next to his lap.
One of the men is puff the bhang and blows the smoke on the child’s face as they instruct him to smoke the bhang.
The DCi tweeted the video on Wednesday worried about the child.
“We’d like to speak to them in connection to this video that was brought to our attention-we’re extremely worried about the child.” Said the DCI.
Members of the public have been called to provide any information that may help recognize the two men.
