African legendary musicians including Koffi Olomide, Fally Ipupa, Davido, and Diamond are expected to perform at a concert for the late DJ Arafat.
DJ Arafat of Ivory Coast passed away last month from a motorcycle accident at the age of 33 years.
The King of dance music was famously known for his coupé décalé music genre has been credited for taking to the rest of the world.
The musicians selected are those who have worked with the late DJ Arafat.
Joining the concert will be Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara who will be in attendance at the memorial service to be held before the event.

The government is said to have contributed close to 250,000 dollars to the event that will take place at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny stadium.
The stadium which is currently under construction has a capacity of 35,000 people and it’s expected to be in full capacity.
