Deputy President William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga have on Friday visited Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju.
The two leaders met at Tuju’s Karen home and even took a photo together as the DP was about to leave.
Other leaders who were in attendance include Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria, Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika and Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja.
Raphael Tuju was involved in an accident as he was heading to the burial of former President Daniel Moi.
He suffered 13 broken ribs and collapsed lungs and was first hospitalized in the country before he was flown to the UK for specialized treatment.
Since his return, he addressed the press updating Kenyans on his current medial status.
He called on people to never take life for granted but instead thank God for every day spent in good health.
“This evening we visited our brother Hon.Raphael Tuju and we are glad he is recovering very well.
We continue praying for his full restoration and for God by his mercy to protect our nation from the worst impact of COVID19 Pandemic.” Said Murkomen
