Deputy President William Ruto has on Saturday appointed Tharaka Nithi Senator Kithure Kindiki as his Chief Agent ahead of the August elections.
The Deputy President broke the news after he was cleared to vie for the elections by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) as he added that the Senator will be deputized by the party’s Secretary General Veronica Maina.
Joining the duo will be Turkana Governor Josephat Nanok and the three are expected to work closely with IEBC and solve any raising challenges between now, during and after the elections.
