ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna has distanced ODM party from the ongoing wrangles at Ford-Kenya.

The statement issued by Sifuna follows allegations that ODM was involved in the ouster of Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula earlier in the day.

He was also responding to ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi who pointed an accusing finger to the Raila led party for causing the ouster.

According to the Secretary General, Mudavadi does not have any power to question as he had no experience in making party decisions.

He continued by not only saying the accusations are baseless but pointing out to the fact that Musalia has never stayed in a party long enough.

Both Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetengula have been vocal accusing Raila Odinga for his involved in the ongoing wrangles among various parties.

They also revealed that he has been bullying them and making decisions without informing other principals of the NASA coalition.

Parties and political leaders are currently aligning themselves ahead of the upcoming general elections with those against some of the decisions being kicked out.

The axe first fell on DP William Ruto’s allies who have been kicked out of vital positions in the Senate and National Assembly.

COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli has also been dragged in the mix as he is accused of causing the split in Jubilee.

This after Atwoli hosted a variety of leaders including Raila Odinga and recently Luhya leaders at his Kajiado house.
