Postmortem results have revealed that the late lawyer Elizabeth Koki was suffocated to death leading to her demise.
According to the chief government pathologist Johansen Oduor, the lawyer sustained injuries in her mouth suggesting that she was gagged to death.
Reports confirmed by K24 reveal that Elizabeth Koki and Christian had been involved in a bitter exchange following a picture of another woman in the main suspects phone.

The day leading to her death, the lawyer is also reported to have summoned his Nigerian boyfriend to try and know who the other woman was leading to a huge argument.
People close to the two also revealed that the two lovers had an on and off relationship filled with drama.
They continued to reveal that the endless fights took a toll on Koki who confided to her best friend about the other woman in the picture.
According to the suspect, his girlfriend knocked his head against the bed and on seeing that he fled to Nairobi CBD to meet a friend to explain what had happened.
It was the friend who took the suspects car to Ruaka as he booked a room in a hotel in the CBD where he was arrested by detectives.
The two are reported to have planned to wed in March this year according to their close friends.
