Nairobi Women Representative Esther Passaris has revealed a letter from the National Assembly to prove she was not paid her diem.
Esther Passaris sentiments follows allegation by the Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko that she irregularly claimed to paid by the County Government.
The letter which is drafted by the Clerk of the National Assembly Mr. Michael Sialai confirms that Esther Passaris was not part of the delegation to the 62nd Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) in March 2019.
As such, neither the return ticket was procured for you, nor per diem paid for the seven days she attended the conference in New York, USA.
Its is from the letter that the women Rep. has sworn to get the Governor to be respectful of others.

She further added that leader should lead people by example as she intends to serve people with no side shows.
“I said this was the last time I shall be dragged down the mud with falsehood. I’m not letting up. I’ll go full throttle and get the Governor to learn to be respectful of others. Leaders have an obligation to lead by example. I intend to serve our citizens without any side shows.”
