Fake Nike shoes concealed as napkins found in Los Angeles

About 14,800 pairs of fake Nike shoes concealed as napkins were seized by custom and boarder protection unit in Los Angeles, America.

Speaking after the sting operation, the custom officers said original Nike shoes of that quantity would cost approximately 2 million dollars.

The fake Nike shoes found in two different containers are said to have been imported from China but it was not yet revealed on which date.

They had the Nike logo loosely stitched on the sides noting they were in dead fake as identified.

An original pair of the shoe is estimated to fetch around 1,500 dollars as determined by the customs officers.

They further revealed the shoes were Air Jordan of two designs namely special edition and retro design.
