FC Pyramids of Egypt will unveil Sebastien Desabre as their new coach after agreeing on personal terms.
The news comes barely two days after Sebastien Desabre parted ways with Uganda national team Uganda Cranes.
Desabre and the leadership of the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) parted ways on “mutual agreement to terminate the contract between the two parties.”
The news follows the elimination of Uganda in the ongoing AFCON by Senegal in Cairo, Egypt.
Sebastien Desabre thanked the government and supporters for their investment and support on the Ugandan football development road.
“I thank my players, staff, collaborators, government, and supporters for the investment and support on the Ugandan football development road. I wish you the best for the future. I will always be an adopted Ugandan. Sebastien Desabre”
Before Uganda Cranes was eliminated in the round of 16 on Friday, the players had refused to train for three days over alleged unpaid bonuses by FUFA management.
