Five feared dead in South Africa Church attack

At least five people are feared dead following a Saturday morning South Africa Church attack West of Johannesburg.

The attack saw several hostages at the International Pentecost Holiness Church free before police responded immediately.

A total of 40 people were arrested with 40 firearms including shotguns, riffles and handguns as confirmed by the police themselves.

The police issued a statement saying they were in the meantime dealing with reported shooting and hostage situation.

Speculation surrounding the church leadership suggest that they have been having power struggles leading to the situation.

Those arrested will be interrogated to establish the motive and those responsible for organizing the crime.
