Former Lugari Member of Parliament Cyrus Jirongo is to face arrest after a warrant was issued.
Mr. Cyrus Jirongo is to be arrested due to a debt of Ksh 25 million which which he owes businessman Brian Yongo.
The warrant was issued on Tuesday.
