Former Changamwe MP Ramadhan Seif Kajembe has on Saturday been laid to rest at his family cemetery in Jomvu, Mombasa County.
Strict COVID-19 regulations were adhered to as health officials were on site to ensure they handled the casket from the onset to the his final resting place.

Reports indicate that burial was done under one hour with only two people allowed to speak at the event, one of them being his elder son Sudi Kajembe.
The former MP and ODM legislator passed away on Friday from COVID-19 complication two weeks after his wife passed away from the same complications.
In less than a 5-months the former legislator had lost his two wives before he was taken in for treatment at the facility.
During the burial of his wife, the former legislator was too week and emotional to attend it as he was already under medication.
