At the Karen Residence, welcomed Governor Kibwana to Kenya Kwanza accompanied by other leaders.” Said DP William Ruto
Dr. Kibwana joins a number of politicians who have since ditched the Raila-led coalition a move that has raised legal questions and arguments in the Azimio coalition.
Hon. Raila Odinga claimed foul play from his political rivals accusing them of derailing democracy and multi-partism in the country. He accused them of deploying cartels who in turn bribed some of the leaders, a move that would send the country back to its dark days.
Azimio coalition has already filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the just concluded election. The seven-judge bench led by CJ Martha Koome will deliver their judgment on Monday 5th September.
