Former NTV presenter Lolani Kalu lands a media job

Former NTV presenter Lolani Kalu has landed a media job with tv47 after his plight was highlighted back in September 2020.

Speaking exclusively to Kenyans.co.ke, the former NTV presenter revealed that he had signed a one year deal with the media station.

He continued by confirming that he was spotted with a tv47 brand during his recent interviews heading to the station.

Later on they quickly called to confirm with the station if the news were indeed correct prompting them to hand him a contract.

The plight of the reporter was brought into light by one Ahmed Mohamed who asked about his whereabouts.

She later on traced him to his rural home in Kaloleni where he was looking after his sick mum as he struggles to make ends meet.

“Few days ago I asked about the whereabouts of journalist Lolani Kalu. Today Chief Inspector Siyat of Kaloleni Station has found him. I have spoken to Lolani. He is going through hard times & seeking for your help. His number is 0720554930. Kindly send him what you can. Thanks” Said Ahmed Mohamed.

What followed next was a brand ambassadorial job with Abson Motors based in Mombasa after they got wind of the Malimwengu host.
