Delivering the verdict, Justice Jessie Lessit termed Fredrick ole Leliman as the mastermind behind the murder and termed the death as the foulest murder due to the state of the bodies after they were recovered.
Lawyer Willie Kimani was abducted back in June 2016 as he left Mavoko Law courts where he had filed a case against a police officer. They were however bundled into a waiting vehicle and taken to Syokimau Police.
They were however sneaked out of the station before they were murdered and their bodies dumped at a river in Ol Donyo Sabuk. They were discovered a week later in sacks.
The accused now have 14 days to appeal the ruling.
