Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia have announced the signing if Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto from Portugal as their new head coach for two years.
The Portuguese will replace Brazilian Roberto Oliveira who left the club after three months in charge.
His departure follows a series of doubts cast by CAF over his qualifications back in South America.

Gor Mahia Chairman Ambrose Rachier confirmed his exit saying that the Brazian had to fly back home to undertake training for three months.
Before joining Gor Mahia, Pinto has been the head coach of several clubs including two in Portugal, two in Angola and one in Ethiopia.
In his first speech, the 46-year-old revealed how big the club is in Kenya and that he looks forward to writing history with them.
He continued by revealing how he is also young and that together they can write history and build something best for the club.
