Governor Joho fries Sonko’s accent on stage

Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has on Thursday imitated his Nairobi counterpart Hon. Mike Sonko’s accent.

Speaking about the just conclude Blue Economy conference held in Nairobi, Governor Joho described the event as successful conference that has the world taking about Kenya.

He also spoke on the need of ensuring that as a country we work towards benefiting from the conference.

It was at the end of the conference that Governor Joho thanked Nairobi Governor Sonko was welcoming them to his “ciry” He proceeded to say that the whole world now knows that Sonko is just the size but when switched the other way..”this is the headquarer”

A video of the Governor delivering a speech during the Blue Economy conference in Nairobi went viral due to his accent.

The Nairobi governor had the country laughing as he constantly replaced letters t with r.
