Governor Joho’s birthday message to Raila Odinga

Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has on Monday penned down a special birthday message to Hon. Raila Odinga.

The opposition leader, who is celebrating his 74th birthday, has had Governor Joho under his arm politically.

Trough Raila Odinga, Joho has become a household name in the political world despite falling out on several occasions with the President Uhuru Kenyatta.

On Monday, Governor Hassan Joho took time to thank Hon. Raila Odinga for his teachings and courage during difficult times.

He continues by saying that through him he has learnt to make peace where peace is necessary and may he continue to change the country for the better.

“I am grateful for the privilege of having studied under your political tutelage. You have taught us courage and resilience in the face of difficult circumstances. And we have learnt to make peace where peace is necessary.

Happy Birthday to you on your 74th Birthday, Dear Party Leader, Rt. Hon Raila Odinga. May you see many more. And in the years to come, may you continue to change the country for the better.” Said Governor Joho.
