Governor Mike Sonko supports local musician

Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has offered his support to a local musician who approached him.

Redshot who is reorted to have composed many other songs, approached the Nairobi Governor to assist her shot her new video.

“In the spirit of supporting local talent in Kenya , I sponsored a musician popular known as Redshot who had earlier requested for my assistance in shooting her music video. Redshot has composed many songs.” Said Mike Sonko.

In addition to keeping true to his word. Governor Mike Sonko also met the cost of the production including providing a car, fire engine and location of the video.

Sonko has called upon able Kenyans to support local talent and the film industry at large.

“As an inspiration to the youth, I appreciate her creativity, she called on me after their successful video shoot.

I met all the production costs of her music video & I also facilitated her by providing cars, fire engines, ambulances & locations for the shooting of her new video.I urge all Kenyans to continue supporting local talent and the film industry at large.” Said Sonko
