Dr. Afred Mutua continued by revealing underlying plans by the coalition to sideline parties allied to them by hiding the agreement they signed ahead of the elections.

Speaking on the allegation, former Rarieda MP Raphael Tuju revealed having inside information that the Machakos Governor was already negotiating with Kenya Kwanza alliance.

If he vies for the Parliamentary seat, Governor Mutua will battle it out with the incumbent MP Vincent Musyoka who is under DP Ruto’s camp.

The news will pave way for Johnson Mathama to vie for gubernatorial seat with the UDA boss already expressing his dissatisfaction with Dr. Mutua’s tenure in office.

The Senator called on the Governor to apologize to the people of Machakos for misappropriating funds during his nine year stay.

““I have had differences with Mutua for the last 9 years about governance in terms of utilization of public funds. I have always been against the squandering of public funds which he has never rectified as of yesterday. I am a principled person and I could not see why I could compromise on my beliefs.” Said Muthama
