Chelsea is on the verge of bagging a new head coach as they look set to seal an agreement with Graham Potter in the next few hours.
“Positive talks between Chelsea and Graham Potter. He’s expected to be appointed as new manager.
Those close to Mauricio Pochettino also expect Potter to sign with CFC this week — Brighton manager has always been the first choice.” said Fabrizio Romano

The Brighton coach is understood will be unavailable for a press conference ahead of Brighton’s fixture against Bournemouth.
“No press conference today for Potter as talks are entering into final stages with Chelsea. All parties expect the agreement to be completed in the next hours,” said Fabrizio Romano
Chelsea is working tirelessly to sign the impressive coach less than 24 hours after they confirmed the exit of Thomas Tuchel following a string of poor performances even after the club spent millions to bring in new players.
“On behalf of everyone at Chelsea FC, the Club would like to place on record its gratitude to Thomas and his staff for all their efforts during their time with the Club. Thomas will rightly have a place in Chelsea’s history after winning the Champions League, the Super Cup and Club World Cup in his time here.
As the new ownership group reaches 100 days since taking over the Club, and as it continues its hard work to take the club forward, the new owners believe it is the right time to make this transition.” said Chelsea
