Mkhitaryan joined the Gunners in 2018 from Manchester United in a direct swap with Chilean Alexis Sanchez.
At the Emirates he earned a weekly wage of 160,000 pounds but failed to make an impact during the worst start of the campaigns.
The 31-year old Armenian spoke after finalizing his move to Roma saying Arsenal failed to honor their promise to him.
He went n to say that when his agent came with the deal from Roma he never thought twice as he was unhappy either way.
At Roma, he has failed to impress making six appearances and being sidelined with injuries.
