The High Court has approved the trial of Julius Musyoki, a man who was falsely accused by her daughter.
Musyoki was jailed in 2011 after her daughter who confessed to have been couched by her mother accused her own father of defiling her.
In an emotional reconciliation revealed by Citizen TV, the daughter admitted to have been instructed by her mother to do so as to benefit some of Julius’s property once in jail.

She was however sorry as she begged her father for forgiveness before revealing life has been unbearable for her and that the woman she called her mother left her.
The suspect who was in Jail filled an application at the Court of Appeal in May last year was turned down with the three-judge bench saying the case was time barred.
Through his lawyers Wambua revealed how the court convicted him despite being an inconsistency in the doctor’s report.
They further told the Court of Appeal that the witness at that time had reviewed her statement thus the reason for hearing.
The prosecution team called on the honourable court to decline the request citing that it will open doors to many other victims who will use the same route for hearing.
It was the testimony of Wambua’s daughter who claimed to have seen witnessed his father take advantage of her daughter.
When confronted whether she saw the accused she claimed the room was dark but it was him in the room.
