Hussein Mohamed quits Citizen TV after 10 years

Top news anchor Hussein Mohamed has left Citizen TV after ten years of service.

Taking on social media, Hussein Mohamed said he was taking a break from media to concentrate on other matters.

Hussein took time to thank his fellow colleagues at Royal Media service saying he enjoyed every moment with them.

The break could however not last long as he promised to come back soon on TV.

“It has been a wonderful 10 years at Citizen TV. I have enjoyed & relished every moment I shared with my colleagues at RMS.

I have decided to take a break after October In Sha Allah to concentrate on other matters. Loved the fans, the critics & everything in between. See you soon.” Said, Hussein

Many flocked the social media handle of the most decorated journalist in Kenya wishing him well in his future endeavors.

Others took time to note the great moments and lessons they learned from Hussein not forgetting the hard questions he pressed Kenyan leaders.
