Hussein Mohammed: former Citizen presenter set to join KTN

Kenya’s top news presenter Hussein Mohammed is rumored to be on his way to KTN.

The former Citizen presenter is said to have been meeting several top KTN managers in a bid to seal his move to the media house.

In a report shared by Breaking News, Hussein Mohammed is reported to have also met Senator Gideon Moi who is associated with the Nairobi based company.

Hussein announced his departure from Royal Media in October 2019 but he did not disclose his next plan.

Many of his followers were shocked by the news as top politicians joined in to share their sadness.

They described him as an objective journalist who steered the day to day stories in the right direction.

At Standard Group, he is expected to also establish a news show just like News Night that will see millions of people watch it.

At Citizen, an estimated three million people tuned in to his show due to his style and questions he asked his guests.
