Balise Matuidi joined MLS from Juventus on a free transfer back in August and his transfer drew investigation into any possible breach.

David Beckham owned club further gave out four players last season, a player more than the designated number allowed by MLS.

The authorities are yet to issue a statement on the punishment enforced in addition to fines that they could probably part with.
